بزيارتك موقع Finjaly أو استخدام أي من خدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام بما فيها أي سياسات أو إرشادات مشار إليها هنا. تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع المستخدمين بما في ذلك الزوّار والداعمون وصنّاع المحتوى. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية. باستخدامك المنصة فأنت توافق على الالتزام بها بالكامل؛ إذا كنت لا توافق فلا يجوز لك استخدام المنصة.

By visiting the Finjaly website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with any policies or guidelines referenced here. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, supporters, and content creators. Please read them carefully. Using the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms; if you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Finjaly منصّة دعم لصُنّاع المحتوى، مقرّها المملكة العربية السعودية. الخدمة الأساسية هي تمكين الجمهور من إرسال دعم مالية للمبدع عبر رابط واحد قابل للمشاركة، مع إمكانية إرسال رسالة مرفقة. لا نقدّم خدمات بث مباشر، ولا أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي، ولا سوق صفقات تجارية — منتجنا هو الدعم، لا أكثر.

Finjaly is a tipping platform for content creators, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The core service lets supporters send monetary tips to a creator through a single shareable link, optionally with a message attached. We do not provide live-streaming tools, AI assistants, or a brand-deals marketplace — our product is tipping, nothing more.

3. الأهلية والحساب

3. Eligibility & Account

  يجب أن لا يقل عمرك عن 18 عاماً لإنشاء حساب مبدع أو لإرسال دعم.

  You must be at least 18 years old to create a creator account or to send tips.

  الدعم بدون حساب متاحة للجمهور؛ يمكن للداعم إرسال دعم دون التسجيل، ولكن المبدع يجب أن يكون مسجّلاً وموثّقاً لتلقّيها.

  Anonymous tipping is supported; supporters can send a tip without registering, but the receiving creator must be registered and verified.

  أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول (البريد وكلمة المرور)، وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتمّ من حسابك.

  You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account.

  يحظر إنشاء حسابات مزيفة أو انتحال شخصية أي طرف؛ نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.

  Creating fake accounts or impersonating others is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

  الحسابات المعلّقة أو المُنهاة من قبل المنصّة لا يحقّ لها الوصول إلى الخدمة، ولا يجوز إنشاء حساب بديل بنية الالتفاف على الإجراء.

  Accounts that have been suspended or terminated by the platform may not access the service, and creating a replacement account to circumvent that action is not permitted.

  نحتفظ بالحق في رفض الخدمة لأي شخص ولأي سبب ولأي وقت.

  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  لا يجوز لك استخدام المنصة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ينتهك أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.

  You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of Saudi Arabian regulations, including intellectual-property laws.

  يحظر بثّ أو رفع أي شيفرة برمجية ضارّة (فيروسات، ديدان، …) أو محاولة اختراق أنظمتنا.

  You may not transmit or upload any malicious code (viruses, worms, etc.) or attempt to compromise our systems.

  يحظر إعادة إنتاج أو نسخ أو بيع أو إعادة بيع أو استغلال أي جزء من الخدمة بدون إذن خطّي صريح منّا.

  You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the service without our express written permission.

5. تعديل الأسعار والخدمة

5. Changes to Pricing & Service

قد تخضع أسعار رسوم المنصة (الرسوم النسبية على الدعم، الرسوم الثابتة لكل عملية دعم، ورسوم السحب) للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق. نُحدّث هذه الأسعار على صفحة الأسعار الرئيسية وعلى صفحة الأسئلة الشائعة، ومسؤوليتك متابعة آخر القيم قبل إجراء أي معاملة.

The platform's fees — including the percentage fee on tips, the flat per-tip fee, and the withdrawal fee — may change without prior notice. Current values are always shown on the pricing section of the home page and in the FAQ; it is your responsibility to review them before making any transaction.

6. إرسال الدعم

6. Sending Tips

يمكنك إرسال دعم لمبدع عبر طرق الدفع المدعومة (مدى، فيزا، ماستركارد، ابل باي، اس تي سي باي) المُعالجة عبر مزوّد الدفع PayTabs. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل طرق الدفع وفرض حدود على عدد المعاملات في أي وقت.

You can send a tip to a content creator using any supported payment method (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay) processed through our payment provider PayTabs. We reserve the right to change supported methods or impose transaction limits at any time.

7. شروط المبدع

7. Creator Terms

  يطبَّق على كل عملية دعم رسوم نسبية إضافة إلى رسوم ثابتة لكل عملية. القيم الحالية معروضة على الصفحة الرئيسية والأسئلة الشائعة، وتخضع للتغيير وفق المادة 5.

  Each tip is subject to a percentage fee plus an optional flat per-tip fee. Current values are shown on the home page and FAQ and may change per Section 5.

  كل عملية سحب تخضع لرسم ثابت يغطّي تكلفة الحوالة البنكية المحلية. القيمة الحالية معروضة في الأسئلة الشائعة ويمكن للإدارة تعديلها (بما في ذلك ضبطها على صفر) في أي وقت.

  Each withdrawal request is subject to a flat fee covering the local bank wire cost. The current value is shown in the FAQ; admin may adjust it (including setting it to zero) at any time.

  الحدّ الأدنى للسحب هو 100 ريال سعودي. السحب يتم إلى رقم IBAN سعودي مسجّل على حسابك في إعدادات الدفع.

  Minimum withdrawal is 100 SAR. Withdrawals are wired to a Saudi IBAN registered on your account under Payout Settings.

  تتم مراجعة كل طلب سحب من قبل فريق الإدارة خلال 3–5 أيام عمل قبل تحويل المبلغ إلى بنكك.

  Every withdrawal request is reviewed by our admin team within 3–5 business days before being wired to your bank.

  إذا كانت بيانات حسابك البنكي غير صحيحة، فقد يتأخر السحب أو يُلغى ويُعاد المبلغ إلى رصيدك بعد خصم رسوم البنك المرتدة (إن وُجدت).

  If your bank details are incorrect, the withdrawal may be delayed or canceled and the funds returned to your wallet minus any bank-rejection fees.

  دولة الحساب البنكي المُدخَلة في إعدادات الدفع لا يمكن تغييرها ذاتياً بعد التسجيل؛ في حال الحاجة للتغيير يجب التواصل مع الدعم الفنّي.

  The country of the bank account entered in Payout Settings cannot be changed by you after registration; to change it you must contact support.

  أنت مسؤول عن أي عمليات استرجاع (chargebacks) أو نزاعات تنشأ بعد تلقّي الدعم، وعن أي رسوم بنكية أو رسوم نزاع قد تترتّب عليها.

  You are responsible for any chargebacks or disputes that arise after a tip is received, and for any bank fees or dispute fees that may result.

  تخضع جميع رسوم المنصة لضريبة القيمة المضافة (15٪) وفق نظام المملكة العربية السعودية.

  All platform fees are subject to 15% VAT under Saudi Arabian regulations.

  في حال طلب فريق الإدارة أو معالج الدفع توثيقاً إضافياً (مثل صورة الهوية الوطنية) لإكمال طلب السحب، فأنت توافق على تقديمه.

  If the admin team or payment processor requires additional documentation (e.g., a national ID copy) to complete a withdrawal, you agree to provide it.

8. التأمين ضد عمليات الاسترداد

8. Chargeback Reserve

قد نحتسب مبلغاً احتياطياً بحدّ أقصى 60 يوماً على رصيدك لتغطية أي عمليات استرجاع محتملة. يتم تعديل هذا الاحتياطي صعوداً أو هبوطاً وفق تاريخ حسابك ونشاطه ومستوى المخاطر المرتبط به.

We may hold a rolling reserve of up to 60 days against your balance to cover potential chargebacks. The reserve may be adjusted up or down based on your account history, activity, and associated risk profile.

9. المحتوى المحظور

9. Prohibited Content

لا يجوز إتاحة أي من أنواع المحتوى التالية على المنصة، سواء على ملفك الشخصي أو في رسائل الدعم أو في أي مكان آخر:

You may not make any of the following types of content available on the platform — whether on your profile, in tip messages, or anywhere else:

• محتوى تشهيري أو فاحش أو إباحي أو مسيء أو مُهدِّد، أو محتوى تعلم أنه مضلِّل.
• محتوى يدعو أو يُشجِّع على سلوك يُشكّل جريمة جنائية أو يؤدي إلى مسؤولية مدنية أو ينتهك أي نظام أو لائحة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو خارجها.
• محتوى يحرّض على العنصرية أو التعصّب أو الكراهية أو الأذى الجسدي ضد أي مجموعة أو فرد.
• محتوى يستغلّ أي شخص جنسياً أو بطريقة عنيفة، أو يتضمّن عُري أو عنف مفرط أو روابط إلى مواقع للبالغين.
• محتوى يلتمس أو يجمع معلومات شخصية عن أي قاصر.
• محتوى يخلق خطراً على خصوصية أو أمان أي شخص.

Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to): defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, or knowingly misleading material; content that promotes criminal conduct or violates Saudi or international regulations; content inciting racism, intolerance, hatred, or physical harm; sexually exploitative or violent material, excessive nudity, or links to adult websites; content soliciting or collecting personal information about minors; and content that creates a privacy or safety risk to any individual.

10. السلوك المحظور

10. Prohibited Conduct

يحظَر على المستخدم تشجيع الآخرين على ممارسة أو الانخراط في أيٍّ من الأنشطة التالية، أو ممارستها بنفسه:

You may not encourage, assist, or engage in any of the following:

• التهديد أو المطاردة أو المضايقة أو التحريض.
• الإساءة أو التشهير أو التمييز على أساس الجنس أو التوجّه الجنسي أو الدين أو العرق أو السن أو الإعاقة.
• استخدام المنصة للترويج للتعصّب أو التمييز.
• استخدام المنصة لطلب معلومات شخصية من القُصَّر أو لتهديدهم أو إيذائهم.
• أي تصرّف يخالف القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

11. حذف الحساب

11. Account Deletion

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات الحساب أو بمراسلة الدعم. حذف الحساب إجراء نهائي ولا يمكن استعادة الحساب بعده، ولا يمكن إعادة استخدام اسم المستخدم (username) السابق لاحقاً. نحتفظ ببعض بيانات الحساب لفترة قانونية محدودة لمعالجة أي نزاعات أو مطالبات أو دعاوى مستقبلية أو للامتثال للتزاماتنا التنظيمية.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Deletion is permanent: the account cannot be restored, and the username cannot be reused later. We retain certain account data for a limited statutory period to handle any future disputes, claims, or to comply with our regulatory obligations.

12. القانون المطبّق

12. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وأي نزاع ينشأ عنها يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصّة في المملكة.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved before the competent courts of the Kingdom.
